We're Here to Help.

Our “appointment request” lobby access is temporary. Our Bank facilities are safe, healthy and fully operational. However, we are following CDC guidelines to reduce the spread of disease and protect our employees and customers.

We will never reach out to you unprompted and ask for confidential information like your account number, password, PIN number, or any other personal information. If you receive an unprompted call, email, text or social media message like this, it is likely a scammer. Hang up or delete immediately and notify the Bank. Learn more about how to protect yourself from coronavirus-related scams.

Subscribe to the SNB Mailing List to receive Bank updates delivered directly to your inbox. The Bank is closely monitoring developments related to COVID-19 and following the guidance of local, regional and national health authorities. We will continue to keep customers informed of any potential changes.

The best way to stay informed is to get the latest updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website, along with state and local health department websites.
